Prescription letters for accounts

I have been trying to get prescription letters for debt that has been prescribed in 2018 to get my name off as under debt review so far I have sent 65 emails to all their departments and when I call to ask for them to put me through to the prescription department I get told then they have no direct lines but here is the email email them, when I tell them I have mailed 65 times they keep telling me they will escalate the matter I don't know what to do anymore, your service is absolutely disgusting
