Prescription Letter not being issued for no reason

Nimble group bought my debt from Telematics a vehicle tracking company, the debt they bought was already written off by Telematics. I have been waiting for more than a month now waiting for this prescription letter and no one seems to be able to help me and that is very frustrating. My name is Mbulelo Mpongoshe with ID number *** my number is ***. I would love for them to resolve this for heaven's sake this debt is more than 4 years old. I'm very angry by the way the lady called Liona from Telematics is rude very rude she dropped with the phone telling me I'm no longer their client they sold my debt to Nimble group.
