Prescribed Zonefitness account
I have repeatedly contacted Nimble Credit Solutions via chat and email to request written confirmation of the closure of my late sister’s Zone Fitness account. My sister passed away almost four years ago, yet Nimble continues to demand payment for this deceased account. Their agents disconnect chats during follow‑ups, and I have transcripts to prove this. Emails I sent received no response, and the most frustrating part is being told the ticket is “closed” without any proper resolution. How can they collect money after more than three years? I am escalating this matter publicly because Nimble has ignored my attempts to resolve it privately.

I would like to clarify that I am not requesting a status update showing the account as 'Deceased.' What I require is a formal Deceased Account Closure Confirmation Letter explicitly stating that the account has been closed with a balance of R0. This is the confirmation I expect from your office.
Additionally, I do not wish to be contacted telephonically. Kindly ensure that all correspondence continues via email only.
Lastly, please understand that if my case is successfully resolved with the proper confirmation letter, there would be no reason for me to escalate matters to Hello Peter. My only intention is to obtain the correct documentation and closure.
