PRESCRIBED DEBTS

NIMBLE GROUP BOUGHT A PRESCRIBED DEBT FROM AFRICAN BANK OCTOBER 2023 AND WHEN THE PRESCRIBED DEBT WAS DISPUTED THEY CLAIM THAT THEY HAVE A RECORDING THAT THE DEBTOR ACKNOWLEDGE THE PRESCRIBED DEBT IN OCTOBER 2023. I HAVE NEVER SPOKE ACKNOWLEDGE DEBT WITH THESE PEOPLE. AND THEY HAVE PICKED A WRONG YEAR FOR ME TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE DEBT :(. THE BELOW IS THE RESPONSE I GOT FROM THEM:

"We can confirm that as per section 14(1) of the prescribe act 68 0f 1969(the act) the account has not prescribed. Below please find the confirmation of what the act states.

1. the running of prescribed shall be interrupted by an express or tacit acknowledgement of liability by the debtor. 2. If the running of prescribed is interrupted contemplated in subsection (1), prescription shall commence to run a fresh from the day on which the interruption takes place or,if at the time of the interruption or at any other time thereafter the parties postpone due to the date of debt from the date upon which the debt again becomes due.

The last interruption on account was 23 October 2023 for a tacit acknowledgement of debt , consumer was aware of the debt"

I assume this was the date I answered my call and I was recorded as per Nimble group and the day they bought(Sold) the account from the African bank as per my credit report.

WARNING!!!!!!!! MEANING IF YOU ANSWER THEIR CALLS YOU ARE RECORDED AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR PRESCRIBED DEBT.

I just wonder whos voice you have on that record or was it also sold by African bank?
