PRESCRIBED DEBT COLLECTION

Had a Capitec loan, it prescribed last year November 2022. After emails sent not to contact me with prescribed and me threatening them with the credit ombudsman. 7 Months later, yet again, they calling me with this precribed debt from Capitec..The lady had the audacity to call me by name ,not even a Miss or a Mrs. phone me one more time, then we I will have to go the route of reporting you to the ombudsman for collection of prescribed debt.
