This company is stipp collecting ij prescribed debt and does not reply to emails.

24 Dec 2025, 12:59This company is still listing debts that have long been prescribed. Despite multiple attempts to have them removed, their response has been disappointing. They claim to have escalated the matter to the relevant department but received no feedback on previous attempts. Initially, I was told the turnaround time would be 2 weeks; now I’m told it’s 21 working days. However, I have been waiting for approximately 100 working days with no resolution. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would caution others to be aware of these delays
