Prescribed account
I am absolutely annoyed by the level of service from this company. Account number *** has prescribed. Nimble claims that I interrupted Prescription. I have requested for a full, detailed recording that supports such a claim. I have been dealing with Teri Harley. This is a matter that was brought forward to this company months ago. They are refusing to give a recording to prove their claim or solid proof that proves that I interrupted Prescription. I want to request my prescription letter if not I want the recording of the call. This is Absolutely unacceptable. They even dropped my call. Disgusting behaviour

09 Jan 2026, 07:53The service from Teri Harley is absolutely unacceptable. You have stipulated the time to come back to me and have failed to do so. Its been months now and i still have not received any updates from Nimble about my request for the recording that supports their claim of interruption of prescription or my prescription letter.I will not give up.Nimble has no respect for service,l will be sending an email to nimble and will include all these bodies on the email. National Credit Regulator (NCR), the National Financial Ombud Scheme (NFOSA) , the South African ***** Prevention Services (SAFPS) for Council for Debt Collectors,If Nimble itself is not willing to assist me!!! How can they claim that prescription was interrupted it is unthethical and *****ulent to report false information. I urgently need this matter to be resolved and I need my prescription letter emailed to me urgently.
