POOR SERVICE WITH NO FEEDBACK OR WHATSOEVER

Poor service .How can a person pay the instalment of more than what you are earning monthly .I have been requested the updates to be done with regards to this matter but it seems like know one is willing to take responsibility of this matter .Their service is very poor also paid my account .They couldn't allocate the payment on my account and its been 2 months now without any feedback and already send them the proof of payment.
