poor service by NIMBLE

i just learned that i have been listed by this NIMBLE company and when i call they all drop the line. i called like five times with consultant dropping the line after picking up. i finally got someone to help me but she could not help me either. i am in a process of buying a house but how will i get it since i am listed incorrectly by NIMBLE and no one from their office seems clued up or able to help sort my issues out.
