POOR SERVICE

I have contacted them multiple times to request the necessary information, which I urgently require. However, each time I’m told they are unable to assist me. When I explain that they should be able to help—especially since the paperwork in question is less than nine months old—they simply respond that the matter will be escalated. Unfortunately, I have received this same response on several occasions, with no further feedback or resolution. It is becoming increasingly clear that their administration is disorganized, and I am beginning to question the legitimacy of the entire process.
