POOR SERVICE

i made an arrangement to settle my account but before i could settle debit order went off and my balance was R2944.28 but when i called to find out if i should pay the outstanding balance i was told my balance is higher than R2944.28 but a debit order went off off R500, how is my balance increasing when i just made a payment and my settlement was R2355.28

when i call the consultant that i made an arrangement withshe does not get back to me mybe my mistake was to ask to settle now this company is robbing me by increasing the balance its better i stick to the arrangement and pdont settle.

im very disappointed by this poor service
