Poor service
I have been calling to make settlement arrangement for my spouse and I have been held on line for more than 40 min and tried that several times and I never get through. I have even sent an email to *** and they just responded to say they will call back but they never did. I have waiting for days hoping they will eventually get back but nada. What should a person do get service there . Pleas call me i nee dto arrange and settle the account.
