POOR POOR SERVICE

Most worthless company I'm not sure how companies like FNB would give this company business. My account was handed over in 2013 when I lost my job last correspondence was in 2019 then in 2021 June I get a treating email if my account not settled today legal action would be taken.. Still settled my account before the date sent the proof of payment and still awaiting a call from a superior as I've sent emails to *** but they will call me regarding a balance still outstanding, but what balance as account was settled with amount provided on a settlement letter received from NBA.Still no calls returned regarding my emails but will receive calls and sms's on a settled account.
