Poor Poor service by Nimble Collections

Nimble collections sent me an email confirming instructions to Credit Beraues which now seems was not done due a response received from Experian. I have been back and forth to resolve this matter with urgency while Nimble collection takes me for a fool. Taking on debts needs verification which to this day I am not sure how Nimble Collections does that because I would not be in this predicament if they did because they would have realised that they are buying false debts or in dispute debts.
