POOR COMMUNICATION
I REPORTED NIMBLE NUMEROUS TIMES. I GOR CONFIRMATION THEY WILL PUT MY STUFF ON HOLD.I AM GETTING HARRASSED 4 TO 5 TIMES A DAY.PLEASE GET EMPLOYEES WHO KNOW WHAT TO DO. 2 OUT OF 5 CALLS A DAY THE PHONE HAS BEEN PUT DOWN IN MY EAR.
