Poor collections agency
Rude and unknowledgeable staff... no empathy talks over you. Does not listen. Calls lots of time with different staff and one has to repeat everything over and over again. They need to be taken up. Their clients can also hand over in error but they do not listen.
5 years ago account paid up and they calling for payment....really poorly handled
