Pleased with assistance from Jamie sonnenberg

I have been calling them for 8 months to assist but the consultants kept dropping the calls on me. Then I called in on Monday there was a gentleman by the name of Jamie sonnenberg he assisted me and kept his word of calling me back twice on time he then provided me with my letter I wanted fr 8 months. Yet nimble group keep agents that cuts the calls and play around they are so unprofessional but Jamie knew his job and assisted me in no time , I appreciate your assistance Jamie please look for another company that's better to work as nimble group their environment is pathetic.
