Please remove my number I'm not Busisiwe and I never had an account with Vodacom.

Ever since I started using my current cellphone number three years ago, I have been receiving messages and calls saying I'm Busisiwe and I must pay Nimble for a Vodacom account . Been up and down with the agents they promise to help and remove my number but no win.
