Please Nimble remove yourself from my credit score or call me and tell me why you are appearing

I am not happy with Nimble they are showing on my credit score and I don't know for what because I don't know them let alone owe them. They are delaying my wish to apply for a home improvement. They are showing on my credit

Please help I'm super not happy with what is happening. Please remove Nimble from my credit score. I have paid up all my debt. I don't know why you guys are showing there. Please help. Remove Nimble. I want to take a loan for home improvements but I keep getting declined due to Nimble.
