Please can I get my letter of settlement please

My MrPrice account was handed to Nible group, I paid my last instalment on the 25th June but up until today I struggle to get a paid up letter.. my profile with the credit bureau hasn't been updated and it showes I still owe a total of R250. I have tried to call them but no one picks up, I called their HR and I was promised that they will ask someone to call me back but I haven't received any communication from them. My account was removed from their whatsapp and I can't communicate with them .... This is just bull**** because when they want to make arrangements they will call you several times a day but now since everything is paid up they dont care. They are a bunch of ********!!!
