Pays no regard to their obligations as service providers

Horrible customer service and pure neglect of their obligations to customers. All that matters is collecting money and not clearing our names. I settled an MTN account that was handed over to them and they never sent me a paid up letter. My follow-ups are met with a rude "hello, I can't hear you" then hung up. Or stories of system error and more ********. Michelle is the worst agent I have dealt with at any company
