Payment can not be traced...What?

I settled a payment that is not even my responsibility, made the payment and now they can not find it!<br> Spoke to Hlengiwe Ndaba, one of the managers at Creditworks and she does not want to assist - Saying that the payment can not be found - so whos responsibility is it to do your recon? No sollution offerred - definately promoted pre-maturely! <br> I made the payment on the 2 Decmber and now they can not find it, internet banking confirmed the payment as well as Grace Bronkhorst (Team leader), so the payment was made and now you cna not find it, yet you don't want to give me a letter to say I have made payment...
