Paying off is never enough

I paid off this account probably over 2 weeks ago, and now I keep getting calls to make payment. I refuse to double pay. I made payment and provided proof of payment. I refuse to pay the additional costs that will be incurred as a result of their incompetence. I have sent over 10 emails with my proof of payment but still they keep calling every single day.

I’m over it! Stop trying to make money off of me when I have paid for fvck sake!
