Paying is not enough for Nimble

I have an outstanding account with Homechoice. Firstly I am the one who made contact with them to start paying the little that I can afford as I lost employment three years back. I advised that I will make payment of R300 per month as my partner will be assisting me in respect of this account as I am still unemployed, lo and behold, I started making the payments and yerrrrr I wish I did not, everyday, I mean everyday I get calls, sms, email re this account even if I have made payment, bearing in mind they are still incurring costs for me whereas I did advised that I am unemployed , never mind the rudeness of their consultants but they way they are handling matters is something else, I was told they will stop calling me the day I instate a debit order in respect of this debt, my question was how can I instate a debit order while someone else is paying my account, and I have stated that I am unemployed and the answer was I must deposit the money into my account and they will debit same and the R300 that I am paying is too little I should pay R500 or more in order for the account not to accumulate interest. Well I paid the R500 this month and still receiving calls, sms, and emails so I really do not understand how do these people work and they are busy threating me with Court, bearing in mind if I supply proof to the Court that I am unemployed I can even pay R50, to them the effort that I am making into paying this account to them is an opportunity for them to accumulate more fees and me paying this debt till I loose my hair. I am tired of the stress they are causing worse I pay what I have and I really do not understand what I am I suppose to do.
