Pathetic Services/No Communication

Please note that I have been dealing with Puseletso and Desmond on this issue, I was received a discount amount, I have paid the discounted amount. It's been almost a week, no paid Up letter has been sent to me, I was told that my payment did not clear, that is not true, as I have made an immediate payment to these wolves. You guys call me 10 times a day, but when a simple paid Up letter is requested, you guys act ***********, YOU GUYS HUNT US FOR MONEY, BUT WHEN WE NEED SOMETHING DONE, YOU GUYS LAY BACK , LIKE ITS A FLIPPING HOLIDAY. I NEED MY PAID UP LETTER.
