Pathetic service ever. Deceit and cruelty

I wonder if this company still exists or its just a **** that is *********** our monies. I settled their account in April but till today the account still reflecting an outstanding balance and it affects my credit score. Why are these people so cruel because when I was making R50 payments they were reflecting even during Level 5 lock down and the account was stagnant, now I have paid the huge amount nothing is happening... Chanelle I spoke to ,promised to resolve the matter. Why are they making people's lives so difficult. Because we are settling our accounts the know that they wont be making any profit.
