Pathetic Service

I'm still waiting for my paid up letter my cell c account is up to date and the debit order went thorough on the 25/062024 and the agent I spoke to promised me that the letter will be sent in an hour, the hour passed and nothing came through. I made a follow up again via WhatsApp and an agent called me, I told him that I'm still waiting for the letter which I was promised it will be sent in a couple of hours, he told me a different story that the system automatically sends the letter and it's generated, I was told that if I don't receive it today I must call, I logged the call today and I didn't get any assistance. I have seen your reviews and I can safely say your one of the worst organizations I have ever delt with, get your house in order and sort this out ASAP or else i will be forced to take legal action if this does not get resolved as in now
