Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic
Still waiting for the documents I requested months ago. It's unacceptable how long it's taking. No feedback, no response, just the same old excuse repeated. I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter a month ago and got an automated response, but complete silence since then.
Don't bother phoning me, I've emailed dozens of times outlining the required documents. I know my rights, and requesting these documents is one of them. Just send the docs.
