I don't know why companies still use your services?? They are so *********** and unprofessional to mention a few.

Whenever someone hands your account over to them, please make sure you get everything in writing and also push your credit provider or whoever handed your account over to them to insist and push them to get your account activated on their side as they won't load your account on their side until they get a very well amount of interest from your account.
