Paid up letter saga

<p>I have an account with truworths which was handed over to credit worx debtors collectors(CWX) I paid my account in full and requested a paid up letter. The company told me it takes 7working days to receive the letter I was patient even though I needed the letter urgent. I recently got retrenched and I was offered a position in a bank of which they needed proof that my account was up to date credit worx is still struggling to draft a simple paid up letter after 7 working days as they promised. I'm being affected cause I may loose the opportunity of a job because credit worx is simply not doing its job. Please help </p>
