PAID UP LETTER NOT ISSUED

This is the worst collection company ever, we've been requesting a paid up letter from them for over 2 weeks and every time we call their call center, they keep saying we will get it tomorrow. when we ask to speak to the managers or the team leaders, they are always in meeting and have never bothered to call us back. till now we have not received the paid up letter. these are some of the Agents we spoke to and they all said the same thing...we will get the paid up letter, Kauthar, Nolen and one of the team leaders Majbar who never bothered to follow up on our query.....Nimble is pathetic!!!
