Paid up letter a myth!

Terrible service after settling account. After being promised a paid up letter upon settlement, we are now being given the run around. Let me hold my peace regarding the agent who was assisting us Tahira Starke. Despite numerous emails wherein she’s been cc’d, she no longer responds as opposed to when he/she was chasing settlement. I guess all that matters is meeting the target.

Surely it can’t be be that hard to send a simple paid up letter!
