Paid up letter

Hi I had debt with wonga which was taken over by nimble group which sold the debt to Norton Lambrianos attorneys so on the 30th of June 2023, I called to make an arrangement to pay which was R4800 and I was talking to Mr Mashele from Norton Lambrianos attorneys and he said he will give a call same day which he did he came back to me to say his supervisor has agreed to my request of once off payment of R 4000 provided I pay on the very same day, which is 30th of June 2023 which I did and I send them prove of payment now as I want a paid up letter Ive been taken or given a run around till today
