Paid Up letter

I've paid up my account with you and because it was already prescribed debt, I paid it off because you were harassing me. Please remove your account from the TransUnion. I was not even aware that you were there until now. I also requested a paid up letter but I can't even open it up. I am even considering reversing the debit orders. Nimble only has bad reviews. You hold us hostage for debt that legally you shouldn't be collecting. I just want you out of my credit report
