paid up letter

Nible group is the worst. I was handed over to Nimbly by Fin choice. I have settled my account and even the agents tell me they can see it on my account, but they refuse to give me the paid-up letter. They keep telling me to contact fin choice and finchlike has nothing to do with the paid-up letter. They are the worst and ruins people's credit.
