Paid up letter

I owed African Bank two accounts and they outsourced the accounts to an external debt collector, Credit Worxs, they called me and offered me a 20 % discount should I settle my accounts, they sent me a settlement letter, and within two days I settled my accounts on the 08th August 2015, they promised to give me a settlement letter. nothing has been forthcoming yet. I mean how long does it take to issue a Settlement letter when they have the money. <br> <br> These people are heartless and inconsiderate, I need to move on with my life but I cant do so without a settlement letter. I have spoken to several people on their call centre including a team leader but the letter is still not forthcoming, all im being told is that it is still being processed. <br> <br> I paid the following amounts Ref NO : ***4 - R 32970.00 and REF NO : ***7 - R13000.00. thanks.<br> <br>
