Paid up account

I had an account with African bank , i lost my job couldnt pay the account ,on May i paid off the account been running from pillar to post with Nimble and R and t asking them to remove my name on the credit bearue to no avail still today am told the the nessecary arrangements have been made but nothing. Its very much frustrating.
