Overpaid Loan and Bad Service
The audacity this company has shocks me , I was debited R 9088.41 for my Capitec loan and they only give Capitec R7K . Now Capitec bank is under the impression that I still owe them 200 and something.
I even overpaid this loan!!!!!!
***********'s !!! Now I have to wait another week for an investigating to be done. Invest in training your staff thoroughly and stop approving data without verifying it!!
