Good day,
I would like to complain because I am receiving a lot of SMS messages on my number *** (Vodacom line) from this group. Please inform them that I have a contract with Cell C. To the best of my knowledge, I have not used any Cell C number, Wi-Fi, or data contract for over 15 years.
I am tired of receiving these messages, especially since they do not include any reference or account number. I don’t understand what is going on. One day, I received a call from them, and I told them I had nothing to do with Cell C.
Please help me resolve this issue, as I am very frustrated.
