Numbers not being removed, harrassing other ppl

How many times i reported them calling unauthorised numbers. Each time i get a consultant assuring me that all invalid numbers are removed but then guess what??? Ive been informed that someone tried calling the number again. What is the problem, why cant you just remove the numbers permanently or do we have to phone and scould innocent consultants!!!! REMOVE ALL LANDLINE NUMBERS FROM MY PROFILE
