No update on credit report

Nimble Credit Solution Services are really dissatisfying. I have been paying my *** account consistently for almost a year through Nimble and they still have not updated my account with the credit bureau. My credit report for *** still shows R2868.00. The current balance should be R1465,32 as per my september 2026 statement with Nimble. I have reached out for this to be updated yet no response. Please could this be rectified accordingly.
