No service

<p>I had an account at Capfin and due to the fact that I was retrenched I could not afford to pay the monthly installments. According to Capfin they followed the correct procedures that is totally untrue. They handed my account over to two different debt collectors. As the loan was R5000 with interest is the amount that I owe them R7 836. Now Nimble Colections send me an mail stating that I can get 25% discount on R8900. I have send several mails to Nimble to request a detailed statement for this account from the day that it was handed over to them. Up untill today I got no response. The only mail that I get back is that no one read the mail. In the meantime they are making money out of people by not sending the required documentation, cause they add interest.</p>
