No response to emails, no feedback

<p>I've requested on several occasions, for a paid up letter (should the account be paid in full, which I believe it is) OR a statement of balance from Creditworx. I emailed Orienda Kondlo and Lerato Molahloa for these docs but to date I've never been assisted. Thereafter, last week I contacted creditworx, spoke with Orienda, who advised me that they are only working with one computer, so she transferred me to someone else who took my details down but never got back to me with the things that I had requested. I also emailed Nimble group as creditworx wasn't helping, there too, nobody gave me feedback. The service is putrid, to say the least. I hope somebody gets hold of this and takes the initiative to help me with this request. Hopefully I get assistance on this platform. </p>
