No response from nimble-agents ignore

This company does not take people serious. I was asking for a settlement letter just to payoff my account, it's been ages with no response. The agents just ignore and let you chat to the Ai bot called Ntombi. When they reply, they just say they will escalate, Noone replies the emails. It's like they don't care
