No response from nimble
These people will just hold your account, they won't even reply emails or their WhatsApp chat. I have been sending emails and they just ignore. I want to settle my account and it's so difficult to get a settlement letter. Their agents don't reply even after escalation. You will be alone chatting to their Ai chat bot called Ntombi, I need to the NCR ombusments.
