No response!!

Well after seeing how many complaints they receive I dont even know why i am waisting my time!!<br> When you owe them money they are on your case all the time but when your account is paid and you want confirmation of a paid up account nothing or no one cares! <br> I have phoned and sent emails to request a paid up letter but still nothing!! <br> I kept to my side of the deal and paid as expected of me, why cant they just stick to their side???
