No regard for anybody's life

So quick to get back to you when you put them on Hellopeter but then make you wait another two weeks for feedback. This is ****ing ridiculous. You guys have been paid up full and still it's so difficult to send a simple paid up letter. How long can the finance department still take?. This is affecting my ****ing credit score.
