No paided up letters even if you dit settle your accounts

If been waiting 2 weeks for my paid up letter since I settled my account every day I'm calling for them to sent my paid up letter to get my name off debt review before I paid off my account it was told that I would get my paid up letter with in 24 hours so I waited and waited and started calling for the letter so far I'm sitting with 5 passwords for a email and still nothing then I thought hey maybe they got something wrong on my email address so I went so far and spelled it out for them till today I have not received anything
