No follow up, no update on the bureau, no responses on emails sent and no paid up letters generated in over six weeks!!!!!

Am I really going to wait the whole year just to receive my paid up letters????

I have been sending emails since the 2nd of December and have only received acknowledgement and no one has really bothered to sort me out. Your accounts with Mpowa are the only paid accounts that are still reflecting as overdue on the bureau because of your lack of follow up and non existence of the response from either of the three consultants that I have been mailing since 2nd of December. Paid up letters cannot take 6 weeks when settlement letters are generated in a day. Stop taking me for a stupid ride and attend to my request.

Sadiqaah, Tandile and Andiswa I am still waiting!!!! Stop reading the emails and ignoring requests!!!!

I am expecting my letters and a bureau update urgently!!!!! Do not tell me to email the lady at legal department she is not concerned about client services, she never answers her calls and has one line email responses when she feels like responding.
