No benefits for working at this company.

This company is such a let down. After working for a year and a half there was nothing to show for it. The company does not look after their agents and it pays their agents under the belt. They prompt you to work hard and collect money, but they cap your commission and once you leave they don't pay you the commission you worked so hard for. There is no benefits at all, so even if you work here for 10 years when you leave you have absolutely nothing to show for it and they don't give you any momentum as well. The increases are ridiculously low (for example R30 ) which you don't even see in your salary. You don't get recognized for the hard work you put into your job. They will tell you 'you should be greatful you have a job' but how can you be when the cost of living is so high and you get paid so little.
